When do I receive my order?

Your order will in most cases be shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation when your order has been shipped.

What are the shipping costs?

For an order up to € 30.00 we charge:

  • € 1.75 for shipping necklaces or postcards outside the Netherlands.

Can I follow my shipment?

Larger products such as posters and wall ornaments are shipped via traceable parcel post. Can I change my mind?

How strong are the necklaces?

Our pendants are made of birch plywood. By using multiple layers it is stronger than normal wood. We guarantee that the necklace will not break during normal use.

Under normal use we mean that you wear the chain around your neck and store it safely when you take it off.

Should the necklace break during normal use, it is covered by our warranty. We can not give a warranty for any other use.

What is wax cord?

Our wax cord is made of synthetic material so suitable for vegans.

At the moment, our products are sold in the Netherlands, Belgium and France.
